From Vogue’s Lisa Aiken to supermodel (and British Vogue cover star) Bhavitha Mandava, the crowd served up looks ripe for spring outfit inspiration—from fresh color stories in cobalt blue and royal purple to playful pattern pairings (polka dots and stripes, to be exact).

To little surprise, the Parisian mood skewed more understated than its fashion week counterparts. Crisp shirting, lightweight knitwear, and even easy denim ruled the city’s historic cobblestone streets, setting a tone of subtle elegance for the season ahead. And the brand at the center of it all? (Other than Chanel, of course.) Celine. Its sumptuous silk scarves were knotted at the neck, its bold-buckle belts looped into jeans, and its Crayola-colored drawstring pouches clutched in the hands of fashion’s early adopters.
Elsewhere, several standout looks strayed from the Parisian’s natural pared-back inclination. There was movement and texture—fringe, tweed, and suede—alongside cool color-blocking techniques and a healthy dose of artful print clashing, courtesy of Dries Van Noten’s bold striped sweater paired with a polka-dot pareo. Accessory-wise, spring continues to see pops of red (Aiken’s everyday clutch is a highlight) and a shift away from practical flats toward polished pumps—like the pairs below from The Row, Balenciaga, and Prada.
